Brad Lohsl joined Golan Christie Taglia as an associate in 2023 and focuses his practice on employment law and commercial litigation. He provides trusted counsel to businesses navigating complex workplace and commercial issues.
Brad advises clients on legal risks, policies, employee agreements, and workforce reductions, helping them remain compliant and minimize potential disputes.
He represents clients in state and federal courts and before agencies such as the EEOC and the Illinois Department of Human Rights. His experience includes matters involving discrimination, retaliatory discharge, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, breach of contract, and Illinois Whistleblower Act claims.
In addition to his litigation work, Brad drafts employment agreements and other legal documents that protect client interests and align with evolving legal requirements. He is skilled at managing complex discovery and ensuring timely compliance with court rules.
Brad earned his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2019 and previously practiced at a boutique commercial litigation firm.
