Leadership Summit

This annual conference is targeted at the volunteer board members of our MO SHRM Chapters. The focus of this conference is to offer attendees a chance to network and learn best practices that will help them strengthen the work of their local SHRM Chapter. Each year this session offers a deeper understanding of how SHRM, the Missouri State SHRM Council and Chapters support the HR Professional. Area of focus may include workforce readiness, certification, diversity, governmental affairs, membership, special statewide projects, and many more. This conference also provides several sessions that provide professional growth opportunities for this group of volunteer leaders.
